Dating from the George II period, the bevelled plate is encased by an intricate carved frame of C scrolls, shells, flowers and foliage,the quality of the craftsmanship is exceptionally fine. The wonderful cresting of this antique, rococo mirror is an extravagant profusion of delicately carved flowers and foliage.
