19th Century Amberg Mahogany Filing Cabinet
Made by Amberg of America, this 19th Century mahogany cabinet letter file has a bank of 30 drawers, each with their original metal clips and a tambour front. The cabinet has panelled sides and stands on a plinth base. The antique filing cabinet is in lovely, original condition, there is a very small length of beading missing from one side, this is shown in the photographs and is not detrimental to the appearance. The drawers all slide well, as does the rolling tambour front. A really authentic example of early office furniture.
