Early 20th Century Upholstered Long Stool
A generously proportioned long stool raised on carved beech cabriole legs. Dating from the early 20th Century, this elegant stool has been reupholstered in a textured woven check fabric on soft blue and cream wool. The interesting yet subtle weave of the fabric contrasts well with the rich colour of the carved legs. This antique stool is in excellent condition, stands evenly and firmly. This is a very useful piece of furniture that would make a striking addition to any room, either as a coffee/magazine table in a sitting room or an elegant end of bed seat.
