George III Japanned Bow Fronted Corner Cupboard

A charming George III japanned and gilded hanging corner cupboard. This Chinoiserie bow fronted cupboard is decorated with gilded pagodas, figures, and dragons in the typical Chinese style. The cupboard is in very good country house condition, there are three oak shelves to the interior and a working lock and key. The attractive brass butterfly hinges are in excellent order. A very decorative and useful piece of Georgian furniture.
