George IV Giltwood Oval Mirror

A very attractive giltwood oval mirror dating from the George IV period. The original bevelled plate is housed in a stunning frame with a cresting of floral and foliate sprays, diamond etching and beaded slip. The condition of this antique mirror is good, there is some slight foxing to the plate, this is not detrimental to the appearance or clarity of the reflection. This is a beautifully proportioned 19th Century oval mirror that would add decorative style and elegance to either a traditional or contemporary interior.
