Large Signed French Bronze Sculpture Mother & Baby Elephants

A fantastic large French bronze sculpture of a mother elephant with baby on a black veined marble base signed Rochard. This very high quality sculpture, which dates from the Art Deco period, has a wonderful natural patination (as seen in the close up photograph) and is in excellent condition. This very imposing bronze sculpture would make a dramatic decorative piece or a wonderful addition to a collection.
