Pair of Victorian Silver Pepperettes
An exquisite and unusual pair of 19th Century silver pumpkin shaped pepperettes. The lids are beautifully pierced and decorated with tendrils and round finials. The bulbous bodies are well proportioned and generously shaped to resemble pumpkins, they stand on bases that follow the same lines. The condition of these antique pepperettes is very good, both are hallmarked London 1842. A delightful pair of English silver pepperettes to grace any dining table or add to a silver collection.
